Fire near lumberyard forces evacuation in small community in eastern Newfoundland

LETHBRIDGE - The RCMP in eastern Newfoundland are asking some residents of the community of Lethbridge to immediately evacuate their homes because of a fire near a lumberyard off Route 233.

The Mounties in nearby Clarenville say the fire broke out Sunday near Sexton Lumber.
