Quebec wants to cut by 10% premature deaths linked to social, economic status

MONTREAL - Quebec's Health Department has released a plan to reduce premature deaths linked to social and economic inequalities by 10 per cent by 2035.

The province defines premature deaths as those before age 75 caused by conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer.
