The owners of the Prairie Lily river boat in Saskatoon say they were planning to set sail one final time this year but have been blocked by sandbars. Mike and Joan Steckhan says low water levels on the South Saskatchewan River have been frustrating and it’s not the way they wanted to bid farewell. (July 18, 2025).
