TORONTO - Ontario's police watchdog says it's investigating the death of a man who was tasered and handcuffed by Toronto police officers on Sunday.

The Special Investigations Unit says officers responded to a house in the area of Keele Street and Finch Avenue West in North York at around 5:40 p.m.
