Halifax police seek three postcard paintings by artist Maud Lewis stolen from home

HALIFAX - Halifax police are investigating the theft of three Christmas cards that investigators say were painted by celebrated Nova Scotia folk artist Maud Lewis.

Police said in a news release Tuesday that the valuable cards were taken from a home on Cambridge Street in Halifax last November.
